Bramshill Leadership Centre

Willie Baker has solid credentials entitling him to design and deliver leadership training, and to support the personal development of others. He was a senior officer with the British Transport Police (his role and responsibilities being comparable to the Middle East police rank of Brigadier).

To complement his successful operational career in London and elsewhere in the UK, he worked for three years at the National Leadership Centre, Bramshill both as a tutor and as head of the Senior Leadership Programme. In 2008 the module he led was mandated by the Chief Constables’ Council as essential training for all aspiring senior personnel (both police officers and civilian staff). It is the only module of its type to be regarded as compulsory.

He now works with a number of universities and colleges in the UK, holds a BSc (Hons) degree from Canterbury Christchurch University, is a member of the Chartered Management Institute. In addition he is licenced to deliver a range of a of psychometric instruments including Myers-Briggs; Belbin Team Development and Blanchard Situational Leadership, and he uses these to good effect when working to enhance the performance of individuals and teams.

يتمتع ويلي بيكر بمؤهلات رصينة تؤهله لتصميم وتقديم تدريبات في مجال القيادة ودعم التطور الشخصي للآخرين. شغل منصب ضابط برتبة عالية في شرطة النقل البريطانية (كان دوره ومسؤولياته تعادل رتبة عميد شرطة في الشرق الاوسط)

ولاكمال سيرته المهنية في المجال العملياتي في لندن وغيرها من مناطق المملكة المتحدة، فقد عمل لثلاث سنوات في مركو التطوير الوطني في برامزهيل كمدر ورئيس لبرنامج القيادة العليا. في عام 2008، تم اعتماد الوحدة التدريبية التي قادها من قبل مجلس قادة الشرطة كمادة تدريبية اساسية للاشخاص الطامحين من ذوي الرتب العالية (ضباط شرطة وكوادر مدنية). وقد كانت الوحدة التدريبية الوحيدة من نوعها التي تم اعتمادها بشكل اجباري.

يعمل ويلي بيكر الان مع عدد من الجامعات والكليات في المملكة المتحدة ويحمل شهادة بكلوريوس علوم مع مرتبة الشرف من جامعة كانتربري كريستجيرج، كما انه عضو معهد الادارة المتخصص. اضافة الى ذلك فانه مجاز في تقديم سلسلة من ادوات قياس التغيرات النفسية، بضمنها مايرز بريغز، تطوير فريق بيلبين وقيادة بلانشارد الظرفية، وهو يستخدمها بشكل فعال في العمل على رفع مستوى انجاز الافراد والفرق.
