تزيد خبرة ويلي بيكر على الثلاثين عاما في العمل في قلب كل من القطاعين العام والخاص، وهو متخصص في مجالين رئيسيين. وقد أهلته خبرته في اعداد والتعامل مع الاحداث الكبرى والخطيرة لأن يكون قياديا بارزا في المملكة المتحدة وفي مناطق اخرى في اوربا والشرق الاوسط. كما ان لديه سجلا حافلا في مجال تحسين اداء المنظمات والادارات والفرق والافراد، ويعزو العديد من عملائه انجازاته تلك الى كونه مدركا ومتفهما وقادرا على التوفيق بين التحديات الفريدة التي يعمل في خضمها هذان القطاعان المهنيان.
